About Hoosier Cousins

Hoosier Cousins is a blog about my family and it will include DNA testing articles for genealogy purposes.  Most of my family settled in the Wabash River Valley area of Central Indiana by 1850 or so.  Main counties of residence are Clay, Putnam, Owen, and Vigo,  Other Indiana counties include Parke, Greene, Jefferson and Ripley.  One family branch settled in New Braunfels and Comal Counties, Texas about 1870.  And of course, they all had lived somewhere else before Indiana.
